Popular hotel with amazing location down the hill, and the breakfast was tasty. I loved the breakfast served at the garden. Quiet and huge rooms had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. The staff were obliging and kind and helped with free parking. The service provided there was excellent. Location: the property was just next door to the slope near the stream, lush greenery and chirping of the birds, and a sea of chaos.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards my chatty one-year-old. The rooms were well-equipped with nice amenities like a minibar and hot water for tea and coffee. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and delivered right to my balcony. the attention to detail and the value for money at this hotel was outstanding.

The cleanliness, delicious breakfast, attentive staff, convenient location near Museum Puri Lukisan, tranquil surroundings, and quality restaurant all contributed to a fantastic stay. The hotel offers a tranquil stay enveloped by lush foliage, while being in proximity to Ubud's attractions, restaurants, and bars. Mosquito coils are provided and the private pool at Villa Teras Sungai is delightful. the friendly staff offers impeccable service and even help negotiate local transport.

Some small improvements could be made such as a more varied breakfast with a vegan option, installing a do not disturb sign, providing multiple hairdryers and irons or following their no straw policy consistently.

The hotel's attention to detail impressed us. The rooms on the terrace of our cottage were clean and well-maintained, with a wardrobe equipped with hangers. Moreover, the hotel's location just behind the restaurant, which offers gluten-free options, made it convenient for us to enjoy delicious meals.

We were unable to sleep well due to the loud music from the pub across the street until late at night. we could hear barking dogs and crowing chickens in our room, which was quite irritating.
